Reliability Engineer

Key Responsibilities JOB DESCRIPTION

- Develop and document detailed dismantle inspection and failure analysis (DIFA) reports of ESP equipment.

- Analyze operational data to correlate field performance with dismantle findings.

- Identify root causes of equipment failures and develop actionable recommendations to improve reliability.

- Collaborate with field operations, engineering, customers, and vendors to validate findings and implement corrective actions.

- Maintain and update databases with most recent DIFA reports.

- Prepare and present technical reports to leadership and cross-functional teams.

- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards during inspections and reporting.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Petroleum Engineering, or related field.

- 1+ years of experience with ESP equipment and operations (preferred).

- Strong understanding of ESP components, failure modes, and operational diagnostics (preferred).

- Experience with root cause analysis methodologies (preferred).

- Excellent analytical, technical writing, and communication skills.
