Regional Operations Specialist

Edgewater Technical Associates is seeking qualified candidates for a Regional Operations Specialist opportunity in Oak Ridge, TN.100% in-office positionJob Description: Provides support for a wide variety of regional needs that will have a significant impact on the efficiency of daily operations. This position is an opportunity for professional development and growth in a dynamic office environment, reporting to the Chief Operating Officer.

Specific duties will include but are not limited to developing strategies to assist daily operations in running more efficiently, managing calendars, scheduling meetings and appointments, phone and email correspondence, greeting walk-ins, support for routine tasks as requested by Business, Recruiting, Projects and HR staff and sitewide support to include time sheet collection and approval, record and database support.

Qualifications:* Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree preferred
