As a Rate & Financial Analyst at PSE in our St. Paul, MN, Office, your primary responsibility will be providing analysis and consulting services to PSE clients for various economic and financial engagements. This role works closely with senior staff and project teams, assisting in developing utility pricing, cost allocation studies, and other economic and financial analyses. The position requires a desire and ability to grow in critical thinking skills while producing reliable and accurate analysis that helps provide consulting solutions to various “problems” brought to us by our clients. A successful candidate must excel in time management and efficiently manage multiple assignments to meet project and team schedules and budget commitments. PSE focuses on achieving high levels of client satisfaction; therefore, candidates must have a desire to exceed client expectations and be proficient and willing to advance in areas of client communications and relationship capabilities. Compensation:* Salary Range: $74,519 - $ 109.627 annually. This salary range reflects the anticipated base salary for one minimum relevant year of experience to eight maximum relevant years of experience. The successful candidate will be placed at a level commensurate with the candidate's relevant years of experience, education, and technical expertise.
