Financial Analyst

We are seeking a driven Financial Analyst to join our growing team. This highly visible role will serve as a critical business partner to our Sales and Operations teams and support company leadership through financial analysis, planning, and system development. The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented problem solver with a strong foundation in finance and a passion for using data to drive smart business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with Sales and Operations leaders to support strategic planning and execution

• Build and maintain robust financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and cash flow management

• Conduct ad hoc financial and business analysis to support decision-making at the executive level

• Support inventory and sales order planning, capital investment evaluations, and month-end close

• Lead efforts to optimize our ERP system and become a “power user,” helping the company fully leverage its capabilities for improved planning and execution • Identify and implement process improvements across financial planning and reporting workflows

• Participate in month-end close process including but not limited to; balance sheet reconciliations, segment P&L reviews, sales tax filing, and closing journal entries

• Tracking, quoting, and ordering monthly subscription and maintenance renewals

• Generate project invoices and pay applications, manage start-up and closing checklist, and KPI tracking

• Generate and submit purchase orders • Perform weekly payroll uploads and monthly accrual entries

• Daily cash transaction processing Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field

• 1–3 years of relevant experience in financial planning, analysis, or corporate finance

• Strong Excel and data analysis skills; ERP system experience a plus

• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally

• Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and thrive in a dynamic environment

• Highly organized and detailed oriented
