Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and dedicated Quality Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards. This position requires a strong understanding of quality control processes; various types of metals; plating, and coating along with the ability to work effectively within a team to uphold compliance with industry regulations and internal quality systems.

Responsibilities

•

Conduct inspections and tests on incoming materials, in-process products, and finished goods to ensure compliance with specifications.

•

Utilize precision measuring instruments such as calipers and micrometers to assess product dimensions and tolerances.

•

Document inspection results and maintain accurate records in accordance with ISO 9001 and CGMP.

•

Collaborate with production teams to identify quality issues and implement corrective actions as necessary.

•

Support the development and maintenance of quality systems, including HACCP protocols.

•

Assist in the preparation for internal and external audits related to QA/QC processes.

Qualifications

•

Proven experience in a quality control or quality assurance role within a manufacturing or laboratory environment.

•

Strong knowledge of QA/QC principles, ISO 9001 standards and CGMP guidelines.

•

Proficiency in using measurement tools such as calipers and micrometers.

•

Excellent attention to detail with strong analytical skills.

•

Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated.

•

Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
