How You’ll Make an Impact

+ Perform inspections and tests on incoming materials and final products to ensure compliance with quality standards. + Conduct electrical, mechanical, and visual testing throughout the manufacturing process. + Identify and document defects or non-conformances, escalating issues as needed. + Maintain accurate, traceable inspection records to support data-driven decisions. + Ensure tools and equipment are calibrated at required intervals. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and improve processes. + Support root cause analysis and corrective actions for non-conformances. + Prepare inspection reports and quality documentation. + Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your Background

+ U.S. Citizenship required. + High School Diploma or GED. + Willingness to travel and work flexible shifts as needed. + Ability to stand and move throughout the shift. + 5+ years of experience in a heavy industrial or manufacturing environment preferred. + Experience in quality control or assurance, with knowledge of QMS and industry standards.
