This position is classified as full-time, Exempt. Typical days and hours of work are Monday to Friday, 7am to 5pm. Develops, implements, and coordinates the Company’s Quality Management System to ensure product quality/conformance and continuous improvement. Implements corrective action and/or risk mitigation for systemic and critical issues.
1. Ensure the company's Quality Management System maintains all industry, customer, and regulatory certifications
2. Monitor the effectiveness of the company's Quality Management System and its impact on company performance
3. Oversee Quality Control functions throughout the production process to ensure only conforming product ships
4. Drive a continuous effort to investigate, resolve and improve non-conforming products and processes

- Conduct Annual Management Review of Company Performance
- Assists with formulation of company policies, operating procedures, and goals.
- Understands Company goals for any given Month, Quarter, and Year, and their personal accountability toward delivering those objectives.
- Communicates Company goals to their team(s) and then ensures plans, tools, and support are in place to deliver the objectives. Drives team to deliver company goals.
- Works cohesively with all other Managers and departments to provide support as required to achieve company goals.
- Communicates and promotes a Continuous Improvement culture and effort with their team(s).
- Communicates and promotes the Company Core Values to their team. Is a role model for the Core Values.
- Recruiting, hiring and training as required to maintain staffing levels that support the business.
- Competently and continuously coaching and developing employees, while also dealing with performance problems and terminations.Bachelors Degree (BS) from four-year College or University 3+ years of Quality experience in a MANUFACTURING ENVIRONMENT. Must be able to communicate effectively, verbally and written Must maintain quality practices and safety standards. Must be able to work extended hours as required.
