Looking for a job with a great company that is willing to provide on the job training? You are in luck because we have an immediate need for a Quality Control Technician.

We will teach you how to clean, inspect, test, and certify personal protective equipment and tools used in the power utility industry. We are a small family-owned business that values our team and is looking for someone willing to do what it takes to get the job done.

Responsibilities:

•

No experience required - on the job training provided. Conduct cleaning, inspection, testing, documentation, and certification activities to verify quality production results, quality control policies, and procedural compliance.

•

Record information on handwritten test reports, including serial numbers and specific data related to the testing protocols.

Skills:

•

Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment

•

Strong attention to detail and good recordkeeping skills mandatory

•

Must be flexible, willing to learn and able to follow instructions

•

Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, providing timely written and verbal communication of inspection and audit results.

•

Must be reliable and dependable.

•

High School degree or equivalent

Physical Demands:

•

Vision correctable to 20/20 with full-color spectrum recognition to include the ability to discern small variances in measurement, material, and quality is required.

•

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is predominantly required to stand and walk as part of the daily routine.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
