Pete Lien & Sons, Inc., a trusted leader in the chemical, industrial mineral, and aggregate production industries, is looking for a Quality Control Technician to join our team in Laramie, WY. In this role, you’ll play a crucial part in ensuring our products meet the highest quality standards. From industrial minerals and construction aggregates and more, you’ll have the opportunity to test and work with a variety of materials.

About the Role

- Conducting chemical and physical tests on raw materials and finished products.

- Collecting, preparing, and analyzing samples from plants, mines, and pits.

- Operating lab equipment and maintaining accurate records.

- Collaborating with team members to troubleshoot and improve material performance.

- Assisting with quality adjustments in production to meet customer needs.

What We Offer

- Competitive Pay: Starting wages range from $22 to $27 per hour, based on experience.

- Proficiency in mathematical functions and computer skills for data entry.

- Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to follow precise procedures.

- Effective communication skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- A valid driver’s license and safe driving record.
