Quality Control Manager – Buildings Construction

Burrow Global is hiring. We have an immediate need for a Quality Manager for a 1 year project in Brownsville, TX.

The Quality Manager is accountable for efficiently functioning the organization's quality assurance team at a multi-building construction jobsite in Brownsville, Texas, ensuring adherence to established quality standards. Prior to mobilization in Brownsville during 4Q24, the QC Manager will work in the Houston office to prepare documentation & procedures. This role involves devising and executing consistent processes to gauge and uphold quality standards, controls, and protocols and provides a platform for mentoring, training, and leading the QA team of 2-4 personnel. The preferred candidate will be responsible for instituting documentation and control procedures and distributing reports for detailed project documentation across all design projects. Overseeing the plan review process and integrating project code and user requirements as necessary are integral parts of this role. Strong managerial skills, sound independent judgment, and the ability to solve engineering/construction QA/QC issues are essential.
