Position Overview

The Quality Control Manager is responsible for maintaining Ruland’s high-quality standards across our operations. This hands-on leadership role will manage daily quality control activities, implement and improve systems, and ensure our products exceed internal and customer expectations from raw materials through finished goods.

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Marlborough, MA, reporting directly to the Operations Manager. At Ruland, quality is not just a department — it’s a shared responsibility.
