We are currently hiring Lab Technicians for 3rd Shift: 11:30 pm-7 am
What You’ll Do
•
Perform physical and chemical testing on raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products
•
Operate and maintain laboratory instruments and equipment (e.g., XRF, particle size analyzers, pH meters)
•
Accurately document and interpret test results and communicate findings to production and engineering teams
•
Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs), safety guidelines, and quality protocols
•
Assist with inventory and ordering of lab supplies
•
Support special projects and product development efforts as needed
What You Bring
•
HS Diploma or equivalent
•
Associate degree preferred
•
Experience in a laboratory, manufacturing, or quality control setting
•
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
•
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
•
Familiarity with Microsoft Office and lab software systems
•
Commitment to safety and a willingness to learn
