We are currently seeking a full-time QUALITY CONTROL INSPECTOR to join our team.
We are actively hiring a Quality Control Inspector for the 1st and 2nd Shift Monday - Friday. Experienced, competent Quality Control Inspectors must be highly skilled and have the ability to work with great concentration and precision. Must be responsible and comply with all safety guidelines. Having a keen eye for detail and great mechanical aptitude are essential. The goal is to produce high-quality parts and materials by inspecting them.
· Perform visual and mechanical inspection using measurement and test equipment such as: calipers, micrometers, pin gages, bore gages, height gage, angle protractor and optical comparator.
· Perform regular quality assessments on all incoming materials from the vendor, in-process parts being manufactured, and outgoing products for shipping.
· Knowledge of tooling / hydraulics strongly preferred.
· Knowledge of power/utility industry and/or substation projects highly preferred.
· 1 - 3 years of quality control inspection or manufacturing inspection experience required.
