A Quality Inspector, is responsible for reviewing products and materials during manufacturing to make sure they meet company requirements. Their duties include measuring objects compared to their intended physical specifications, running quality tests and identifying defects.

Incoming Inspection of the product from the previous process, dimensions, visual inspection and traceability.
Inspection of measuring instruments such as their condition, identification and calibration.

Inspection of all product characteristics (Physical, Chemical, Mechanical, Dimensional).
Decide if the product meets the customer's requirements and release it to the next process
Record all inspections and keep the samples for dimensional reference.

Train all production operators on quality control.

Follow Up New Products at the Processes assigned
Work with the company's ISO 9001:2015 quality management system.
Any other activity or responsibility assigned by his/her immediate supervisor.
The Quality Inspector must remain standing and walking 80% of the time.
