Position Summary:
We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Quality Control (QC) Associate to join our growing team. In this role, you will be directly involved in testing and validating product performance, supporting documentation, and ensuring that our products consistently meet the highest quality standards. Your contributions will help drive process improvements and maintain the integrity of our quality management systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Documentation & Reporting
•Develop and maintain accurate test reports and quality control documentation.
•Create and manage detailed product specification documents aligned with company standards.
•Collaborate with engineering and design teams to ensure documentation alignment.
Product Testing & Validation
•Execute thorough testing on prototypes and production units, including RF, electrical, durability, software, firmware, and functionality assessments.
•Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve testing issues and setups.
•Promptly report critical issues, test failures, and anomalies to the engineering team.
Quality Monitoring & Analysis
•Monitor factory output and performance data to identify trends or deviations from expected quality standards.
•Support the collection and tracking of data relevant to QC processes.
•Help implement and maintain established QC protocols for both in-house and factory environments.
Continuous Improvement
•Participate in root cause analyses to identify and address recurring quality concerns.
•Collect and analyze test data to support process and product enhancement initiatives.
•Propose and document suggestions for improving production models and QC procedures.
•Assist in validating the effectiveness of process and product improvements.
Qualifications:
Required:
•Bachelor’s degree in a technical or STEM field, with a focus on electronics.
•1–2 years of experience in Quality Control or Quality Assurance in a manufacturing or tech-based environment.
•Equivalent to 8 credits or one year of practical experience in electrical systems.
•Strong problem-solving background in electrical or RFID systems.
•Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal.
•High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
Preferred:
•Experience with software and firmware testing.
•Familiarity with RF testing equipment and industry standards (ISO 9001, GMP).
•Understanding of schematic design and PCB layout principles.
•Experience using automated testing systems and troubleshooting electronics.
•Background in prototype testing and product validation.
