We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Quality Assurance Inspector to join our team. The Quality Assurance Inspector will work closely with production teams to maintain quality systems and ensure compliance with QA/QC protocols.
Responsibilities
•Conduct thorough quality inspections of products throughout the manufacturing process.
•Perform quality audits to assess compliance with established standards and procedures.
•Utilize precision measuring instruments such as micrometers and calipers to verify product dimensions.
•Analyze inspection data and prepare reports on findings to communicate with relevant stakeholders.
•Collaborate with production teams to identify areas for improvement in quality control processes.
•Maintain documentation related to quality systems and inspection results.
•Assist in the development and implementation of quality assurance policies and procedures.
•Utilize software tools like Calypso for data analysis and reporting.
Requirements
•Proven experience in quality inspection or a related field, with a strong understanding of QA/QC principles.
•Proficiency in using precision measuring instruments including micrometers and calipers.
•Familiarity with quality systems and standards relevant to the industry.
•Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data effectively.
•Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
•Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
•Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective reporting and collaboration.
