QC Technician

FT Quality Control Technician needed in a Steel Foundry. Job Duties include: Scheduling of Heat Treat Treatment, test bar control ( from casting to testing), sample casting, flow testing, documentation of welding, per customer specifications and handling all customer rejections.

The shift, Monday to Friday ( 7 am to 4 pm) , requires weekend coverage of heat treat as scheduled.

Position in Quality Control which assures product meets customer requirements. This position will include all quality initiatives- LEAN , Quality Alerts, Certification of Product, etc.

30, 60, 90 Days reviews will be given. Possible wage increases at each review.
