QC Inspector

Job Overview

We are seeking a QC Inspector to join our team.

Responsibilities:

- Perform thorough and documented examinations of all materials and finished products

- Perform AS9102 level first article inspections using manual and CNC CMM, optical measuring equipment, optical comparator, and basic hand tools

- Participate in routine visual inspections for finish and workmanship

- Maintain a clean and safe work environment

- Participate in process improvement initiatives and production team meetings

- Accurately and efficiently work to a production schedule to help maintain our metric goals

- The ability to train production personnel on how to measure effectively using various shop floor and inspection room tools

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35.00 - $45.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
