We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Quality Assurance Manager to lead our quality assurance initiatives and ensure compliance with industry standards. This role is essential for driving continuous improvement and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective quality control measures.

Job description

•

The primary function of the QA/QC is to ensure proper coordination and construction to meet project standards and requirements.

•

Develop and manage quality management systems (QMS) in line with ASME, API, AWS, D1.1, and ISO 9001.

•

Develop, test, and maintain Welding Procedures per client and industry standards.

•

Investigate root causes of quality issues and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

•

The QA/QC will be responsible for direct oversight and review of the entire documentation and physical inspection phase of the workflow process and will work with other in-house personnel (e.g.: Project Managers, Superintendents, etc.) and external personnel to produce and document a quality product.

•

Review of criteria on nonconformance work reporting.

•

Verify and document that all materials received for the project are in conformance with the approved submittal, are handled and stored appropriately, and are acceptable for use in the project.

•

Provide written daily Quality Control reports that reinforce activities that are being constructed in conformance with each specific project's established standard.

•

Conduct periodic follow-up inspections to verify that work is proceeding with the contract documents and the approved submittals.

•

Document final inspections, certificates of occupancy, and acceptance of various phases of the work.

•

Comply with and enforce governmental laws, policies, and regulations.

•

Ensure that all company policies and procedures adhere.
