Position: QA/QC Coordinator Location: Windsor, CO Industry: Oil and Gas Construction
Job Summary: The QA/QC Coordinator at Warbonnet Construction plays a crucial role in ensuring the quality and compliance of our construction projects within the oil and gas industry. As the QA/QC Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating and facilitating quality assurance and quality control activities throughout all phases of construction projects, from planning to completion. Your primary goal will be to support the implementation of quality control programs, reduce risks, and ensure customer satisfaction. Additionally, you will be responsible for conducting and documenting pressure tests on piping systems.
Coordinate and facilitate the implementation of QA/QC strategies, plans, and processes in accordance with industry standards, project specifications, and client requirements.
Conduct and document pressure tests on piping systems, ensuring accurate test procedures, data collection, and reporting.
Assist in the generation of close out job books, accurately documenting project specifications, inspections, and quality control activities.
Collaborate with project teams, including contractors, engineers, and suppliers, to ensure construction standards are met and quality requirements are fulfilled.
Participate in inspections, audits, and assessments to identify non-conformities, document findings, and support the resolution of quality-related issues.
Assist in the facilitation of root cause analysis investigations and the implementation of corrective and preventive actions to mitigate quality risks.
Stay updated on industry trends, technological advancements, and regulatory changes related to quality management in the oil and gas construction sector.
