Pump Field Supervisor

This position reports directly to the Divisional Operations Manager.

This position is responsible for the management and supervision of a workover rig crew and coordinating sub-contractor personnel on behalf of customer request on location. This position is responsible for the day-to-day relationship with the company’s customers. This position implements the company’s policies and standard operating procedures while also advancing the best interest of the company’s customers. This position may be called on to assist the Divisional Operations Manager in the assignments & management of Field Supervisors or resolution of customer issues.
