The salary range for this role is $120,000 to $130,000 annually.
- Analyze maintenance and downtime data to identify asset reliability gaps, performance trends, and opportunities for improvement.
- Develop and execute asset strategies using tools such as Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM), FMEA, FMECA, 5-Why and Weibull Analysis.
- Collaborate with operations, inspectors, planners, coordinators, and supervisors to refine the asset hierarchy to modify weekly PM and implement condition-based maintenance tasks.
- Establish asset criticality rankings and use them to guide maintenance prioritization, spare parts planning, and risk mitigation.
- Lead cross-functional root cause failure analyses (RCFA) for recurring or high-impact failures, documenting findings and tracking implementation of corrective actions.
- Recommend and validate improvements to equipment design, installation, lubrication, alignment, or operational procedures to extend asset life.
- Support the integration of modern applications and digital monitoring tools for real-time data collection and predictive analytics.
- Conduct training sessions for maintenance technicians and engineers on reliability engineering concepts, tools, and practices if called upon.
- Monitor and report on key reliability KPIs, including asset availability, OEE, PM effectiveness, and maintenance cost per unit of production.
- Collaborate with capital project teams to provide input on maintainability, standardization, and lifecycle cost considerations during design phases.
- Identify potential job constraints, review historical data, and verify field conditions prior to finalizing plans.
- Maintain a comprehensive library of standard job plans, material lists, and equipment manuals for future references.
- Support Planners in updating and reviewing BOMs and ensure spare parts are cataloged and available in inventory.
- Coordinate with the procurement team for timely delivery of critical components and work services.
- Education: Bachelor's degree
- Additional Education Preferred: Master’s degree in engineering
- Field of Study Preferred: Mechanical Engineering
- Required Work Experience: 5-7 Years. Experience in manufacturing environment is highly preferred.
