Project Manager

Bowron Environmental Group Ltd. (Bowron) is a growing multi-disciplinary environmental management company focused on providing innovative and effective services to the upstream oil & gas industry. We are currently seeking a Project Manager

to join our Site Closure, Liability Management & Regulatory team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the planning, coordination, and reporting of Phase I–III Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs), reclamation, remediation, risk assessment, and soil/groundwater monitoring programs.

- Develop and implement work plans that balance client priorities, regulatory requirements, and efficiency.

- Interpret environmental data and prepare clear, defensible technical reports.

- Stay current with regulatory updates in Alberta, and communicate changes to clients and colleagues.

- Support continuous improvement of QA/QC systems and tools.

- Mentor and train junior staff, fostering technical growth and professional development.

Skills & Qualifications:

- Minimum of 5 years of relevant consulting or industry experience, with a strong field background.

- Degree or diploma in environmental sciences or related discipline; professional designation an asset.

- Solid technical knowledge of site assessment, remediation, reclamation, groundwater monitoring, and spill response protocols.

- Strong organizational and project planning skills in a fast-paced industry.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and team abilities.

- Sharp critical thinking, analytical, and attention-to-detail skills.
