Project Manager

We are a growing metals fabrication company seeking an experienced and driven Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management within the manufacturing or fabrication industry, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to lead teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Responsibilities:

- Oversee day-to-day management of metal fabrication projects from start to finish

- Coordinate with clients, engineers, and internal teams to ensure project requirements are met

- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and timelines

- Monitor progress, resolve issues, and adjust plans as needed to stay on track

- Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality control, and company policies

- Lead, motivate, and support shop and field teams to ensure high performance

- Provide regular updates and reports to company leadership and clients

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Project Manager in metals fabrication, construction, or a related manufacturing industry

- Strong understanding of metal fabrication processes, materials, and equipment

- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills

- Proficiency in project management software and tools (MS Word, Excel, or similar)

- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications

- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred (experience may substitute for education)
