Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Project Manager to lead our project teams and ensure the successful delivery of projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project engineering, along with excellent leadership skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving, with an emphasis on root cause analysis and cost control.

Responsibilities

•

Lead project planning sessions, defining project scope, goals, and deliverables.

•

Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure all aspects of the project are aligned with business objectives.

•

Implement lean methodologies and Kaizen principles to improve efficiency and reduce waste throughout the project lifecycle.

•

Conduct regular status meetings with stakeholders to communicate progress, address issues, and manage changes effectively.

•

Perform root cause analysis on project challenges and develop actionable solutions.

•

Oversee change management processes to ensure smooth transitions during project phases.

•

Maintain detailed documentation of project plans, timelines, budgets, and resources.

Experience

•

Proven experience as a Project Manager in a relevant field, with a strong understanding of project engineering principles.

•

Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and drive results.

•

Proficiency in project management software such as Jira and VersionOne; familiarity with Salesforce is a plus.

•

Strong analytical skills with experience in cost control and budget management.

•

Knowledge of lean methodologies, Kaizen practices, and change management strategies.

•

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present complex information clearly.

•

Must have a bachelor’s degree or higher education in Engineering, Architecture, Project Management, or similar degree.

•

Must have professional licenses and/or certifications valid in Puerto Rico.

•

Must have previous project management experience with federally funded infrastructure projects within the last five (5) years.

•

Must have fluent verbal and written communication skills.

Pay: $40.00 - $60.00 per hour
