Project Manager

Supervise jobs every day, job report as needed, coordinate work with subcontractors, meeting every week with construction coordinators department, purchase order, must read plans, materials calculation, work after hour if needed, verify and report all delivery tickets to accounting department, get bids for all works involve in the construction of a house with the construction coordinator assistant.

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Reporting to senior management, you will utilize your core skills in project management methodologies and risk management to drive successful outcomes. Your premium skills in change management and Agile practices will enhance team collaboration and adaptability. With relevant tools like Trello and Confluence, you will facilitate effective communication and project tracking, ultimately contributing to the successful completion of projects within scope and budget.
