Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Manager to join our team in Peoria, IL. The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:

- Develop project plans, goals, and budgets

- Identify resources needed for project completion

- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects

- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget

- Manage relationships with clients and stakeholders

- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation

Requirements:

- Proven work experience as a Project Manager

- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills

- Strong organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills

- Bachelor's degree in a related field

- PMP certification is a plus
