- Leading special international business development projects assigned by the Chief Executive Officer of SolidEnergy based on company-wide business strategies and arising business necessities.
- Formulating project work plans, capital budgets, key milestones and deliverables for the CE
- Coordinating internal resources such as production and procurement, participating in project evaluation, risk assessment, and formulating adjustment plans and emergency strategies during the project development process
- Coordinating appropriate experts, customers, and suppliers to make complex decisions related to technical, quality, and cost issues for both domestic and international operations; and manage assignments and priorities of team members across multiple projects simultaneously to effectively drive projects to completion according to schedule.
- Providing administrative support to executive level guests to ensure smooth day-to-day operations for meetings and activities associated with business development projects. This includes preparing for executive level meetings by compiling agendas and organizing and disseminating documentation and minutes for meetings in multiple languages
- Preparing and maintaining business correspondence, organizational charts, and presentations; and organizing and coordinating efforts between departments and outside business partners to coordinate productive executive level strategy sessions and business meetings.
- Preparing and maintaining monthly, quarterly and annual reports generated by the CEO's office. This includes setting and tracking office expenses and budgets as well as organizing and preparing executive office reports that draw from company data and operations.
- This requires specialized knowledge of executive level record keeping as well as business finance and financial record keeping.
- 40 hours per week (8:00AM to 5:00PM)
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management or related field or the equivalent
- 2 years of experience in project management or a related occupation.
- Professional level proficiency speaking Korean and Mandarin required.
- Prior experience must include 2 years of project management for executive level projects.
