Description: We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Steam Turbine Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and overseeing all phases of steam turbine projects, from quotations to completion. This is a full-time hybrid position requiring an understanding of steam turbine maintenance and project management principles with extensive travel, overtime with incredible earnings potential.

As a Steam Turbine Project Manager, you will be tasked with developing comprehensive project quotations that outline the scope, objectives, and deliverables of each project. Each project will require detailed timelines that highlight key milestones and deadlines to ensure project progress is on track. You will be responsible for establishing project budgets that allocate resources efficiently, effectively and competitively.

Collaboration is a key aspect of this role, as you will need to coordinate project activities and resources across various departments and teams. This may involve working closely with engineers, technicians, and millwrights as well as the customer to ensure seamless project execution. Effective communication skills are essential in providing regular updates to customers, addressing any concerns or issues that may arise during the project life-cycle.

As a Steam Turbine Project Manager, you must have a strong technical background in steam turbines and power generation systems. Your expertise will be crucial in identifying and mitigating project risks, as well as resolving any technical challenges that may impact project delivery. Your ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment will be tested as you navigate through complex project requirements and deadlines.
