Project Manager

Duties

- Communicate effectively with the clientele of TDG in regards to the project

- Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, and resource allocation.

- Oversee all phases of fabrication, integration, packaging, FAT Testing from pre-planning to commissioning and handover.

- Manage project schedules, milestones, and deliverables to ensure on-time completion and on budget.

- Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations.

- Conduct regular inspections and safety audits to minimize risks.

- Implement corrective actions to address safety or quality issues.

- Develop and enforce quality control standards throughout project execution.

- Ensure proper testing and inspection protocols are followed.

- Coordinate with shop crew, subcontractors, and suppliers.

- Assign and manage resources to optimize efficiency and productivity

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is highly desirable but can be replaced with proven industry experience.

- Minimum 5–10 years of experience in construction project management, specifically in the PDC and E-House industry.

- Proven track record of managing large-scale industrial construction projects.

- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.

- PMP or equivalent project management certification preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
