Project Manager – Mid-Con Region PK Industrial

PK Industrial is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead large-scale industrial and commercial projects (valued $1M+) across the Mid-Con area. This role is ideal for someone based in Kansas, Nebraska, or Iowa with the ability to manage complex projects and travel as needed. This position is a contract-based role with the potential to become permanent after approximately 6 months.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage large-scale projects in insulation, scaffolding, and painting.

- Provide estimating and cost management for assigned projects.

- Lead project execution to ensure safety, quality, scheduling, and budget standards are met.

- Collaborate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.

- Travel will be required, projects will determine location.

Qualifications:

- 5–10 years of project management experience in industrial and/or commercial construction.

- Strong background in estimating for insulation, scaffolding, and painting.

- Degree in Construction Management / Project Management or related field preferred (experience may substitute).

- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

- Ability and willingness to travel.
