WestCorp Solutions is seeking an experienced Project Manager with strong HVAC expertise to support hoist-related ventilation and cooling systems for an industrial site east of Regina, SK. This role will focus on HVAC design review, optimization, maintenance strategy development, and turnaround planning for hoist-related systems.

- Review, document, and assess the existing inventory of HVAC components related to hoist systems, identifying gaps and aging assets.
- Evaluate and enhance HVAC system designs to meet operational, regulatory, and underground ventilation requirements.
- Develop preventive and predictive maintenance plans for HVAC systems and integrate them into broader hoist turnaround planning.
- Establish KPIs to measure HVAC performance, reliability, and compliance.
- Plan and manage HVAC activities during system turnarounds—coordinating schedules, minimizing downtime, and ensuring safe execution.
- Prepare detailed turnaround reports with recommendations for ongoing improvement.
- Ensure all HVAC designs and maintenance practices meet mine safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
- Conduct risk assessments on HVAC system performance and implement mitigation strategies.
- Proven expertise in HVAC system design, maintenance, and optimization within industrial or mining environments.
- Familiarity with Koepe hoist systems or similar heavy industrial applications.
- Strong background in turnaround planning, execution, and multi-disciplinary coordination.
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance and underground ventilation requirements.
- Ability to develop HVAC maintenance strategies and long-term system improvement plans.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
- Ability to work in industrial/underground settings and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
