WestCorp Solutions is seeking an experienced Project Manager to support mobile equipment maintenance and reliability improvements for an underground operation east of Regina, SK. This role will focus on asset health evaluation, preventive maintenance optimization, lifecycle assessment, and long-term asset management strategy development.

- Lead mobile equipment evaluation, troubleshooting, and maintenance planning for underground assets.
- Compile and maintain a complete asset health register, including inventory, condition assessments, and standardized health ratings.
- Review and improve existing preventive maintenance programs; identify gaps and implement optimized PM strategies aligned with OEM and operational requirements.
- Conduct lifecycle analysis for mobile equipment, including replacement, refurbishment, and disposal strategies.
- Perform cost analysis based on historical data and forecast future costs to support repair-versus-replacement decisions.
- Develop and implement long-term asset management strategies aligned with client reliability and sustainability objectives.
- Establish KPIs and reporting processes to support continuous improvement in equipment performance and reliability.
- Proven experience in mobile equipment maintenance, reliability, or asset management.
- Underground mining experience preferred.
- Strong understanding of asset health monitoring, lifecycle costing, and condition assessments.
- Demonstrated ability to develop preventive maintenance plans and asset management frameworks.
- Experience analyzing maintenance cost data and performing cost-benefit evaluations.
- Excellent communication, reporting, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Ability to work in underground environments and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
