Hendel Homes is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and oversee project finances, scheduling, quality control, and the work of Site Superintendents and Project Managers. This role is critical in ensuring that all aspects of construction align with Hendel Homes' mission and core values while delivering exceptional client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
•Project Leadership: Manage and coordinate construction projects from pre-construction through completion, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
•Financial Oversight: Track budgets, estimates, and draw requests while maintaining transparency with clients.
•Quality Control: Ensure the highest level of craftsmanship by working closely with trade partners, artisans, and vendors.
•Team Management: Lead, mentor, and evaluate Site Superintendents and Project Managers to maintain high-performance standards.
•Client & Vendor Relations: Foster strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to uphold project expectations and company standards.
•Problem-Solving: Proactively address challenges with cost-effective, practical solutions to keep projects on track.
•Process Improvement: Implement and refine systems to enhance productivity, efficiency, and profitability.
What We’re Looking For:
•Proven experience in high-end custom home construction or luxury residential project management.
•Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, estimating, and managing change orders.
•Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage teams and build relationships with clients, trade partners, and vendors.
•Ability to balance multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
•Knowledge of state building codes, permitting, and construction best practices.
