As Project Manager – Emergency Management, you will conduct regular emergency response drills and exercises to test the adequacy of existing emergency response plans and strategies. You will help drive a variety of projects related to emergency management while also supporting safety and technical training team projects. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint, is required. The ability to communicate with people at all levels and build strong relationships is critical to success in this role. You will be eligible to work a hybrid schedule and will be based in Tulsa reporting to the Director, Emergency Management.
What You Will Do
Prioritize, plan, execute and finalize projects on time and within budget and scope of project. Resolve issues to ensure project goals and requirements are met. Coordinate efforts of stake holders to ensure delivery of projects according to plan.
Prioritize, plan, organize, and manage resources to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
Gather ideas, concerns, and risks for assigned projects. Provide input for solutions and approaches to key stakeholders.
Develop and sustain effective key stakeholder relationships, including being responsive to customers when needed.
Escalate project issues and ideas to direct leadership with clarity, timeliness, and professionalism.
Prioritize and monitor activities to deliver results within budgetary and resource constraints.
Monitor and track project progress and report project status to appropriate stakeholders, including budget and resource constraints.
Establish and administer service level expectations (SLE) for requests to meet and/or exceed customer expectations.
Provide budget and project status updates to senior leadership.
Regular and reliable attendance is required in performance of the job.

Preferred bachelor's degree in environmental safety and health, project management, or related field and an equivalent combination of formal education and the following job-related experience:
