· To prepare, maintain, and update schedules showing resource allocation and critical path for multiple concurrent projects, ranging from $10 million to $75 million in scope, for both engineering and fabrications phases. A successful candidate must
· Prepare summary and detailed schedules for both proposals and projects to establish critical path, sequencing, durations, and general logic of both engineering and construction phases of projects
· Develop baseline schedules for use in estimating future projects
· Interface with Project Managers and project teams to track progress and update schedules accordingly
· Review work and interface with team members to assess actual progress versus reported progress
· Analyze data variances between actual and projections to mitigate cost impacts and improve future performance
· Identify corrective actions to mitigate project cost and schedule impacts, and recommend such actions to management and project teams.
· Assist in developing and maintaining staffing/manpower plans and identifying realms of improvement
· Ability to work effectively independently and as a team member
· Understanding of budgets, cost coding, and earned value calculations
· Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Construction Management, or Accounting/Finance
