Your Job

The Project Engineer is a vital member of the FHR Project Capability team, reporting directly to the Equipment Design Supervisor – Projects Capability. This key role involves managing the interface with Engineering Contractors during project phases, ensuring timely and high-quality engineering deliverables, and reinforcing FHR's safety culture. You will be instrumental in formulating engineering strategies, resolving project issues, and ensuring that engineering designs meet FHR’s standards and business objectives.

The Flint Hills Resources Project Capability team is dedicated to advancing capital, turnaround, and expense projects at the Pine Bend and Corpus Christi refineries and Pipeline & Terminal assets. Our mission is to enhance Flint Hills’ competitiveness by designing and implementing competitive projects, aligning with our vision to become the most competitive refining business in North America.

For this role, we anticipate paying $135,000- $180,000 per year. This role is eligible for variable pay, issued as a monetary bonus or in another form. At Koch companies, we are entrepreneurs.
