Job Summary/Purpose

Job Duties/Responsibilities

+ Performs schedule analytics to determine the quality of the schedule and to perform progress assessments. + Monitors and reports on compliance with schedule related contractual requirements by contractors. + Validates the Estimate to Completion and Estimate at Completion forecast. + Prepares contingency analysis and report on contingency status.

+ Works with the project manager and other project team members to manage the Change Management process and document clearly throughout the project lifecycle; documents and tracks approved project changes. + Work is performed in both an office setting and in field conditions.

Minimum Requirements Minimum education required of the position

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management (or related field) OR 8 years equivalent/related work experience (in addition to the Minimum Experience requirement) in lieu of a degree.

Required Minimum knowledge, skills, and abilities required of the position

Any Certificates, Licenses, Etc. Required Of The Position Preferred: Certifications from PMI and/or AACEi

Working Conditions/Essential Functions/Physical Requirements

Ability to perform field walkdown observations/inspection on foot across moderate to rough terrain.

Ability to lift 25lbs overhead.
