Your Job

As a Project Controls Manager at DEPCOM Power, you will lead and manage the project control functions for our large-scale solar and battery storage projects. This role is critical in supporting successful planning, execution, tracking, and closing of projects, aligning them with business objectives and timelines. You will leverage your expertise in project management to drive efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and high-quality outcomes, while fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement. Preferably located in Scottsdale, AZ, but open to remote work. VISA Sponsorship is not available for this position.

What Will Put You Ahead

For this role, we anticipate paying $130,000- $165,000 per year. This role is eligible for variable pay, issued as a monetary bonus or in another form.
