We are seeking a Program Document Control Associate to join our growing team. The Program Document Control Assoicate is a key link between departments, that supports operational excellence, drives efficiencies, and helps maintain the trust of our customers and business partners.

Why this Role is Important:

The Program Document Control Associate is vital to ensuring accuracy, compliance, and consistency across customer portfolios and internal processes.

Job Responsibilities:

- Act as a liaison between Customer Care and Advocacy and the business.

- Maintain strong working relationships with Legal, Customer Billing, and Finance teams.

- Assist in the proactive management of customer portfolios through ticketing, applications, and addendum collection related to:

- Site/Portfolio Sales

- Site/Portfolio Relocations

- Program Breaches

- Financial

- Customer Requested

- EHVAC/R Requests

- Aborted Technologies Installations

Qualifications:

- Strong interpersonal, analytical, verbal, and written communication skills.

- Ability to work both as a team player and independently.

- Creative problem solver with the ability to multi-task.

- Demonstrated experience in Microsoft Office Suite products.

- Minimum High School Degree; Associate Degree preferred.

- Availability: Part-time, 20 hours per week, Monday–Friday only (no weekends). Options: Morning (8:00 AM – 12:00 PM ET) or Afternoon (1:00 PM – 5:00 PM ET).

Location: Shelton, CT - On-Site /Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays on-site/Monday and Fridays-remote

Compensation is based on factors including level of experience, skillset, qualifications, and location.
