Reporting to the Production Supervisor and working in a diverse team, you will be:
- Operating production equipment and ensuring equipment is operating correctly
- Collecting samples as required; submits samples to the lab as required and initiates corrective actions as indicated also, Collects and records process data in appropriate forms
- Conducting minor maintenance on equipment as needed including washing and cleaning process equipment.
- Working a 12-hour shift alternating between 3 and 4 days a week every other week.
- A commitment to the safety of yourself and your team
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Valid and current state Driver License.
- Must be able to read, write and basic math
- Familiar with hand tools
- Ability to obtain TWIC access from TSA (Transportation Security Administration)
- Previous experience operating process/production equipment, forklift, and bobcat

This role is based in the Port of Los Angeles in the city of Wilmington, California. This historical site is one of the oldest operations in the Port of LA, some employees are third generation workers at this operation.
