About the role

We are looking for a Production Worker to operate and monitor production and packaging equipment. This is fantastic opportunity to join our renowned operations team and be a valued member of our workforce at our Boron facility.

While working, you’ll report to the Production Supervisor, and your duties will include:

- Operating advanced production equipment.

- Contributing to our quality commitment by collecting and submitting samples to the lab in a timely manner and taking corrective action when needed.

- Conducting precise and efficient record-keeping to ensure accurate documentation of process data.

- Demonstrating resourcefulness and attention to detail through minor equipment maintenance while maintaining a safe and high-performing production environment.

What you'll bring

- A high school diploma or GED.

- A valid state driver's license.

- Flexibility to work rotating 12-hour shifts.

- The basic literacy and numeracy skills to support daily tasks and communication.

- Experience working with a diverse range of hand tools.

- Skills operating process or production equipment, including forklifts and bobcats.
