Purpose of Role:The coremaker is responsible for ensuring the correct cores are made to the required specs. They will clean and calibrate equipment.

- Focus Area: Calibrates core machines to specific ranges

- Focus Area: Confirms that the correct cores are made per the schedule

- Focus Area: Ensures cores are made to the proper specs

- Focus Area: Inspects cores for any defects

Job Knowledge/Education and Qualifications:

- Education: High School diploma/GED

- Other required knowledge, skills & abilities: Good reading, writing, mathematical, and verbal skills
