Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Team Supervisor to lead our dynamic team in a fast-paced manufacture environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical and electrical/electronics knowledge and experience with power tools, hand tools, .... As a Team Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring safety protocols are followed, and fostering a collaborative work environment to achieve production goals.
Responsibilities
•
Supervise and coordinate the activities of team members to ensure efficient workflow and productivity.
•
Train new employees on proper use of power tools, hand tools, and warehouse equipment.
•
Monitor team performance and provide constructive feedback to enhance skills and efficiency.
•
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies within the manufacturing; supervising production quality and root cause analysis.
•
Collaborate with other teams to integrate/assembly EV storage systems per engineering drawings; provide alerts for parts purchasing per production schedule.
•
Conduct regular inspections of equipment and tools to ensure proper functioning.
•
Collaborate with management to identify areas for improvement in processes and team dynamics.
Qualifications
•
Proven experience in a supervisory role within manufacturing setting.
•
Proficiency in using basic electrical test devices, power tools, hand tools.
•
Strong mechanical, electrical and Electronics knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot.
•
Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team.
•
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
•
Ability to work in a physically demanding environment, including lifting heavy materials when necessary.
•
A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00-$28.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
