We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Team Supervisor to lead our dynamic team in a fast-paced manufacture environment. As a Team Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring safety protocols are followed, and fostering a collaborative work environment to achieve production goals.
Responsibilities
•Supervise and coordinate the activities of team members to ensure efficient workflow and productivity.
•Train new employees on proper use of power tools, hand tools, and warehouse equipment.
•Monitor team performance and provide constructive feedback to enhance skills and efficiency.
•Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies within the manufacturing; supervising production quality and root cause analysis.
•Collaborate with other teams to integrate/assembly EV storage systems per engineering drawings; provide alerts for parts purchasing per production schedule.
•Conduct regular inspections of equipment and tools to ensure proper functioning.
•Collaborate with management to identify areas for improvement in processes and team dynamics.
Qualifications
•Proven experience in a supervisory role within manufacturing setting.
•Proficiency in using basic electrical test devices, power tools, hand tools.
•Strong mechanical, electrical and Electronics knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot.
•Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team.
•Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
•Ability to work in a physically demanding environment, including lifting heavy materials when necessary.
•A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
