- Supervise team and coordinate daily production schedules to meet quality and output goals.
- Monitor employee performance, address underperformance, and resolve workplace disputes constructively.
- Ensure all team members comply with safety regulations and use required PPE at all times.
- Manage workforce assignments, and resolve bottlenecks to keep production on track.
- Mentor and develop team members through coaching, performance reviews, and corrective action when needed.
- Create new / edit existing operating procedures.
- Maintain progressive knowledge of operating processes, procedures and the proper use of all equipment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments, including QA, Safety, Engineering, Logistics and Maintenance.
- Foster a positive and cooperative team environment by addressing conflict and promoting collaboration.
- Comply with all NOV Quality, HSE and all other Company policies and procedures.
- Maintain a clean & organized work area; utilize safe work habits.
- Perform other work-related tasks as assigned.
- Ability to work 24/7, 7:00am-7:00pm, 2-week rotating schedule, and overtime required.

- Stand/Walk/Push/Pull up to 12 hours daily
- Bending/Stooping/Sitting up to 12 hours daily

- Forklift certification / ability to immediately obtain.
- Ability to read labels on pipe along with specs on paper, and read pressure gauges.
- Ability to adapt and be cross-trained to learn all job duties.
- Ability to multitask in fast paced environment.
- Must be able to work in factory environment which may include but are not limited to: high noise level, vibration, fumes, dust, and odors.
- Working conditions may be inside and outside with extreme temperature.
- Utilize recommended safe work habits and make use of all safety equipment provided.

- High School diploma or equivalent required
- 3–5 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Proven experience managing medium to large teams in a fast-paced, deadline-driven operation.
- Ability to read, write and speak English.
- Bilingual preferred.
- Ability to adapt and be cross-trained to learn all job duties as required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient with Microsoft Office; aptitude to learn all required applications and systems.
