Job Summary

We are seeking a hands-on Production & Quality Supervisor to lead daily operations at our industrial manufacturing facility in Miami. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a shop environment, is detail-oriented, and can lead a small team with discipline, safety, and quality in mind.

Responsibilities

•

Supervise shop floor activities, ensuring daily production targets are met

•

Monitor quality control procedures and approve final outputs

•

Coordinate with logistics and maintenance teams to resolve production delays

•

Train and guide operators and technicians on processes and best practices

•

Ensure safety standards and housekeeping protocols are followed at all times

•

Maintain production documentation and quality inspection records

•

Report daily performance metrics to leadership

Qualifications

•

Legal authorization to work in the U.S. (citizen, resident, or valid work visa)

•

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment

•

Fluent in English (spoken and written)

•

5+ years of experience in a manufacturing, fabrication, or industrial setting

•

Proven leadership skills — ability to motivate, train, and hold team accountable

•

Strong understanding of production flow, work orders, and inspection processes

•

Experience with welding or robotic processes is a plus
