Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Production Operator to join our dynamic manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating machinery, and monitoring both fill and packaging stages, then ensuring quality control throughout the production process. This role requires a strong understanding of manufacturing processes and the ability to work with a team effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

•

Operate and monitor production equipment to ensure smooth operation.

•

Perform quality control checks to ensure products meet established standards.

•

Maintain a clean and organized work environment in compliance with safety regulations.

•

Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues and improve production efficiency.

•

Operate forklifts for material handling as needed.

•

Assist in programming machinery, when required.

•

Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the production process.

Skills

•

Experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment is preferred.

•

Strong quality control skills to identify defects or inconsistencies in products.

•

Basic math skills for effective measurements and calculations during production.

•

Ability to operate forklifts safely and efficiently (certification preferred).

•

Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
