We are looking for a Production Operator for our Mattoon, IL Facility!

Summary: To contribute to the production of metal insulated building panels as directed by Supervisor. Skilled Technical Industrial Machine Operator with strong mathematical and communication skills to operate and maintain state-of-the-art equipment used in the production of Kingspan panels. The ideal candidate should have excellent computer skills and the ability to understand measurements, work collaboratively in teams, apply critical thinking, have quality and safety awareness, and be mechanically oriented.

Essential Duties:

+ The Product is manufactured within standard times. + The Product is manufactured according to the production schedule (timing and sequence). + The product is manufactured within engineering specifications. + The product is manufactured with the least amount of material and labor required. + Records all required data. + Ensures that all material is properly labeled and placed within proper staging/storage areas. + Identifies any non-conforming product to the Production Supervisor and Quality Assurance Technicians. + Reports maintenance requirements to the Maintenance Supervisor + Communicates to other Team Leaders and the Production Manager when Policy violations are noticed within their work cell or other work areas of the facility. + Reports infractions to the Production Manager. + Participates in any required disciplinary action.
