Production Mechanic

POSITION SUMMARY:

Performs all forms of terminal mechanical needs including welding, cutting, fabrication, replacements of parts, PMs, and lubrications. Perform electrical inspections, repairs and rebuilds on all operating equipment to ensure continuous operation within the required quality control standards.

ATTRIBUTES:

PHYSICAL DEMANDS INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

REQUIRED EDUCATION: High School Diploma or GED Equivalent.

PREFFERED EDUCATION: Associate’s degree or Certificate in industrial maintenance technology a plus.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE: Three years maintenance experience required. Completion of an apprenticeship program, technical program, or equivalent experience in industrial background.

PREFFERED EXPERIENCE: Five years maintenance and manufacturing is preferred. Electrical knowledge is a plus.
