Description Scope of Work:

WPI Product Support Representatives are professional support representatives possessing an in-depth knowledge of our company, its products, services, and support programs. The PSR should be positive, professional, and promote WPI. The PSR will be assigned a territory and/or accounts and is expected to contact customers and recommend and quote parts, services and maintenance agreements provided by WPI's manufacture's and WPI.

Primary Job Responsibilities

The Product Support Representative is responsible and accountable for, but not limited to, the following:

•

Fully utilize WPI’s Customer Resource Management system

•

Prepare weekly itinerary to visit customers.

•

Seek out new customers and opportunities

•

Attend training when available from Manufacture's and WPI.

•

Research Parts and meet vendors for quotes for customers as needed

•

Provide product leads and communications with unit sales representative.

•

Stay up to date on new product support offerings made available by WPI's Manufacture's and WPI.

•

Quote customers parts and service jobs as required coordinating with parts and services .

•

Manage Customer accounts and Service Agreements.

•

Make customer site visits for obtaining information for quoting PM Agreements.

•

Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

•

Must have a minimum of 4 years previous experience.

•

Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent.

Requirements: Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)

Professionalism, dependability, integrity and trustworthiness combined with a cooperative

attitude.

•

Highly motivated self-starter with ability to multitask and complete assignments within time

constraints and deadlines.

Working Conditions And Physical Demands

•

Typical hours of work Monday through Friday; 8m. to 5 p.m.

•

Office –Indoor/Outdoor Work

•

Hours are flexible as the job requires.
